he Exhibitor Service Centre is located Großer Stern. It provides you with the opportunity – if required – to order at short notice all the services relating to your participation in the fair.
It would be appreciated if you could, wherever possible, place all your orders in good time and in advance at the BECO Webshop.
IPR protection is granted annually for designs and trademarks exhibited at belektro in accordance with the stipulations of Section 15 paragraph 2 of the Designgesetz (DesignG, German Design Act), Section 6a paragraph 2 of the Gebrauchsmustergesetz (GebrMG, German Utility Model Act) und Section 35 paragraph 1 Nr. 2, paragraph 3 of the Markengesetz (MarkenG, German Trademark Act).
This IPR protection ensures that the intellectual property rights of any novelty will not be protected only from the date on which an exhibitor registers a novel invention with Deutsches Patent- und Markenamt (DPMA, German Patent and Trademark Office); they will be protected from the first day on which such novelty is exhibited at the fair. However, as a pre-requisite for claiming such priority, the novel invention must be registered with the German Patent and Trademark Office within six (6) months following the first day on which it was exhibited at the fair.
Important note: No such priority can be claimed for patents.
Messe Berlin GmbH will be happy to issue exhibition certificates for the products shown at our fairs. The completed certificate will be signed and stamped at the fair by Messe Berlin GmbH.

Important Notice from Messe Berlin to Exhibitors regarding Unofficial Indices of Exhibitors
We wish to indicate to our exhibitors that Messe Berlin either produces its catalogues itself or awards exclusive contracts for the production and marketing of such catalogues. Any publishing firms we work with will introduce themselves to the exhibitors as the exclusive catalogue publisher for Messe Berlin or the respective fair project.

Once exhibitors have been admitted to a fair, their basic entry in the official fair catalogue is assured. Furthermore, all exhibitors will be contacted by the editorial team of Virtual Market Place and A. Sutter Fair Business GmbH so that they may complete their entries in the printed catalogue and the online index should they so desire.

MB Capital Services GmbH (CSG) can provide exhibitors with a comprehensive programme of technical and logistical services. CSG can be relied upon to implement highly effective trade fair presentations to meet its customers' objectives, based on their own particular products and market strategies.
In order to facilitate coordination of the events and organizational matters, we would appreciate your registering all events to be held at your stand with the fair’s management. If desired, we are also happy to publish details of your exhibitor reception in the “Events” section of our website.

A set of "Traffic Guidance Instructions" will be issued to ensure the smooth movement of traffic during construction and dismantling at the event, regulating access times and the time spent by vehicles on the Exhibition Grounds.
In the two weeks prior to the event, and after its closure, trucks will only be allowed on site if accompanied by an appropriate pass. A deposit of EUR 200.00 must be placed at the entrance. Access by private cars and light commercials will also be temporally restricted.
