belektro Media Package

So that EVERYONE knows you’re HERE!

For many years now, belektro has been offering its exhibitors the opportunity to digitally extend their on-site trade fair participation beyond the duration of the exhibition with the Media Package.

belektro online consists of the exhibitor and product search on the belektro website and the belektro App. The contents of the media package apply to both digital media and data maintenance is carried out once only.

belektro exhibitor entry

With the Media Package (PDF, 251.8 kB), Messe Berlin GmbH offers belektro exhibitors a series of selected marketing tools designed to strengthen their trade show participation and enhance theirpresence on the market. The Media Package includes an online entry in the belektro exhibitor and product search and in the App.

To edit your exhibitor entry, you will receive an e-mail in due time with a link to the area where you can edit your data. The procedure will be explained to you in the e-mail. You can find detailed information on editing your company profile in the Media Package Guide (PDF, 1.9 MB). You are completely flexible in filling your profile and can make changes at any time.

A distinction is made between the Main Exhibitor Package and the Co-Exhibitor Package.

Here, interested parties can find all exhibitor information quickly, conveniently and easily.

In the app, you will find exhibitor and product information, a detailed program overview and interactive hall plans.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
REGARDING UNOFFICIAL INDICES OF EXHIBITORS

Important information from Messe Berlin to its exhibitors on the subject of unofficial indices of exhibitors - in particular the Expo Guide, Fair Guide and International Fairs Directory.

EXPO GUIDE, S.C., a company registered in Mexico, offers updated company information in an exhibitors directory for fairs and exhibitions under the reference „Data Review / Validity expiration”, which is fee-based. The fine print of these order forms indicates that upon their being signed, a contract is concluded for three (3) years that will generate costs of at least 1,000.00 € per annum.

Recently the Construct Data Publishers a.s., registered in Slovakia, is again offering a listing in its exhibitors directory “Fair Guide”. The approach is the same as with the “Expo Guide”.

Currently, the International Fairs Directory is particularly prominent, which is known under the Mulpor Company S.A. and Connect Publisher, S.C. Here again, the payment obligations are mentioned in the small print.

Since many exhibitors have been receiving these proposals, we wish to make clear that the registrations offered to be made in the “Expo Guide”, “Fair Guide” or “International Fairs Directory” are not entries in the official index of exhibitors for belektro. Messe Berlin is not connected in any way whatsoever to the publishers of these unofficial exhibitor directories.

Once exhibitors have been admitted to a fair, their basic entry on the belektro PLUS Online Platform is assured. Furthermore, all exhibitors will be contacted by the belektro PLUS editorial team so that they may complete their entry should they so desire.

If you have already signed an agreement with an external offeror in the erroneous assumption that this company is connected in any way to our official index of exhibitors, we urgently recommend that you contact an attorney prior to expiry of the period for revoking and/or voiding such contracts. For further information please also write to the AUMA , Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (email: info@auma.de). On its website you will find further advice including a sample letter on how to react to reminders.
